Returns, exchanges and refunds
Sjors Waterschoot (Fish Illustrations) cannot take any responsibility lost or damaged mail once it has left our care. We also don’t offer refunds or exchanges on change of minder orders.

A great deal of care goes into packaging orders for shipment, each items is inspected thoroughly before it’s sent.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours with your order number and photographs and descriptions of the damage exactly as they have arrived to you. We’ll assess damage on a case-by-case basis, it’s at our sole discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced or repaired on the basis of the damage. Furthermore, we will refuse a damaged return if you haven’t us an e-mail notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

Where a replacement is deemed necessary, your initial item must be returned to us in an unused condition, including all original packaging. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. I recommend that you carefully package your item to avoid any damage during delivery and consider using tracked or registered mail carrier to track your item for your own peace of mind.
Please retain the proof of postage until I have confirmed your replacement has been processed,

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the above mentioned conditions.

Refunds and replacements will not be offered if the costumer:
- simply changes their mind
- decides they do not like the purchase
- decides they have no use for their purchase
- damages the goods by not handling carefully and/or mounting to surfaces (as per our Product Care)

If you request a return of an item purchased through Afterpay, and this is deemed appropriate, we ill offer you a store credit only. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. Sjors Waterschoot (Fish Illustrations) is unable to offer partial refunds/store credits. The store credit will be created for total value of item(s) returned. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay.

If you order is incorrect for any reason, please contact me at s.waterschoot@hotnail.com within 48 hours after delivery, with your order number, photographs and a description of what you have received and we will do our best to fix the issue for you as soon as possible.

Insurance through postNL
Items that have been shipped with insurance, will be insured upto €500. If it has been shipped with insurance and it is not arriving within the expected time; we prefer to wait a few weeks to see if it still shows up, but if it doesn't, I will re-do the artwork if the price is fully covered by the insurance. If the price is not fully covered by the insurance, we can make an arrangement on the remaining amount that got lost in the mail.

Inernational shipping can take up to 2-6 weeks! So don't panic if it takes a little longer than expected.

Unclaimed packages
If your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed at your post office, I can post it back to you, you will just need to pay for re-shipping the parcel.
